The programs offered by T. Falcon Napier & Associates, Inc. are proprietary. As protected intellectual properties, our programs cannot be taught by ANYONE — in whole or in part — without our expressed written consent. Candidates who wish to accept our invitation to participate in our CMP Candidate Training program MUST sign this Agreement which establishes their understanding and commitment to abide by the policies and laws set forth to protect our programs and the opportunity we offer to those who wish to teach them.
Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO FEE for attending the program when it is held in Charlotte, NC. However, a "good-faith" deposit of $1,000 is required and is due at the time of the registration. Registrants who provide us with written notification of cancellation less than 7 days prior to the start of the program as well as late comers, early-departers and no-shows forfeit their deposits. Those who complete the program and choose NOT to become CMPs will have their deposits refunded.

There is a non-refundable fee of $1,000 when the program is held in other cities. The fee is due at the time of the registration. Those who complete the program and choose to become CMPs will have the fees they have paid applied to their CMP Licensing and Support Fees. Registrants who provide us with written notification of cancellation less than 7 days prior to the start of the program as well as late-comers, early-departers, no-shows and those who choose NOT to become CMPs forfeit the fees they have paid.

"I acknowledge by submitting this Registration Agreement that I have read its contents, that I understand the provisions contained in the Agreement, and that I agree to be bound by these conditions. I understand that completing this training program DOES NOT grant me or my company permission to present MasterStream in ANY way. This agreement between T. Falcon Napier & Associates, Inc. and myself supercedes all prior agreements, proposals, negotiations, conversations or discussions, whether written, oral, or in any other form."
